III. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of order is not possible once the payment has been made. No refunds will be given except in the event of cancellation or non-performance of service by ASTRO School of Space Education & Research Pvt Ltd (hereafter referred as SpaceSkool). The refunded amount incase of cancellation of the program from the company side will be reflected into their accounts with 5-7 working days from the date of canellation.

COURSE COMMUNICATION AND OTHERS :

All the communications of the course will be communicated to your which you have used while making the payment. If we are changing the communication platform from mail to whatsapp or microsoft teams or something else that will also be intimated through your registered mail id only. If you miss any mail it might leads you to miss the session or program, in that case we are not responsible and no refund will be provided and also sessions can also can't be conducted. You can change your batch before the commencement of the program only, which is also not guarnteed, The concern team or person will go through your application or mail for changing the batch to another batch, if the team accepts it based on some base points it will be decided. Any policies here mentioned can be changed at any point of time with or without notice.
