Mrs. Sandra A Cauffman

Deputy Director, Astrophysics Division,
Science Mission Directorate, NASA HQ, Washington DC.

She helps provide executive leadership, strategic direction, and management for the entire agency’s multi-billion Astrophysics programs and missions necessary to discover how the universe works, to explore how the universe began and developed into its present form, and to search for Earth-like planets. She served as the Deputy Director for the Earth Science Division from May 2016 to October 2021 and during that period she served as the Acting Director of the Earth Science Division from February 2019 until May 2020.

Mrs. Vickie Kloeris

Former President, Institute of Food Technologists,Chicago,

Former Manager of International Space Station Food Systems Lab, Jonhson Space Centre, NASA, Houston.

Kloeris retired from NASA where she worked in space food systems for a total of 34 years. Her last position was as the manager of the International Space Station Food System. In her role, she served as technical manager for the NASA contract that produces food for the International Space Station (ISS) crews.

Kloeris has authored and co-authored numerous publications and has received several awards including NASA’s highest award, the NASA Distinguished Service Medal in 2019. During her career, Kloeris was twice awarded the NASA Exceptional Service Medal and has received the Johnson Space Center Director’s Commendation Award.

Ms. Seerat Maqsood

Member of Systems Biology AWG at NASA Gene Lab, California, Space IVF Researcher at SpaceBorn United, PhD in Cellular & Molecular Biotechnology.

Seerat enthusiastically embarks on projects handling Multi-Omics and databases for Space Bioscience projects.
The project is part of the Polaris Dawn Mission, 2023 and Maleth projects in collaboration with Space X, the European Space Agency, NASA Gene-Lab, and the University of Malta. A research scholar at University of Teramo, Seerat positions herself in the field of Cellular and Molecular Biotechnologies.

To serve her purpose on a broader spectrum, she focuses her research on connecting medicine, 3D bio-printing with Space Bioscience. 

Prof.Dr. Chris Welch

Former President, British Interplanetary Society,
Former Head of Space Payloads Laboratory, 
International Space University, Strasbourg, France.

Dr Chris Welch is a highly-experienced interdisciplinary aero/space engineer and educator. He is a former academic, most recently Full Professor of Astronautics and Space Engineering  Director of the interdisciplinary MSc in Space Studies at ISU.. 

Chris is former President of the British Interplanetary Society (BIS), a one-time Vice-President of the International Astronautical Federation and member of the European Commission H2020 Space Advisory Committee. He is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society, the Royal Astronomical Society and the BIS respectively and has been an advisor on two enquiries into UK space policy

Mr.Debadatta Mishra

Co- Founder at Erisha Space Private Limited
Former Sen. Scientist at LPSC, ISRO.

During his tenure at LPSC, he worked in the R & D of indigenous Cryogenic upper stage for GSLV MK-II & MK-III launch vehicle projects. From 2010 to 2018, he worked on the design and development of subsystems for a number of Remote sensing, Communication and Interplanetary satellite projects. He was also involved with prestigious satellite projects such as the Mars orbiter mission(MOM) and Chandrayaan -2 project. 

Mr Debadatta Mishra was one among the 23 scientists of ISRO who were selected by the Chairman, ISRO in 2018 initially to work on the prestigious 'Gaganyaan study team' and later he joined the Human Space Flight Centre ( HSFC) of ISRO in 2019 as a Project Executive for the Gaganyaan Project.
